Job Details:
Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including copying, mailing, and communicating with internal customers and external vendors/service providers.
Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails.
Create written and typed reports, including memos, business letters and MIS.
Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events.
Maintain and order necessary office equipment and supplies, as needed.
Travel Desk management
SMS/ISO Certification documentation and implementation Facility/Security Management.
Legal compliance of GIFT SEZ.
Liasoning with various Government officials, Landlords, Vendors etc.
Candidate Profile:
1+ years' experience as Administration Executive
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent networking skills, especially with regard to distribution channels and social media
Knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment.
Highly dependable and trustworthy
Extremely effective communication skills with a talent for operating across different levels of an organization.
Knowledge of English and Gujarati language is must
